Bookings made through this website are requests, not confirmations. An appointment is confirmed only when our team replies to you on WhatsApp or by phone. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
2. Services & pricing
Service availability and prices vary by studio and are shared on enquiry. Prices quoted at booking are confirmed before your service begins.
3. Gift cards
Gift card requests are confirmed personally by our team, including payment and collection or delivery arrangements. Gift cards are redeemable at the agreed Portfolio Salon studio(s) and are non-refundable once issued.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please let us know as early as possible by calling +91 99116 91191 or messaging us on WhatsApp.
